With the General Election approaching, there has never been a better time to stand up and get involved. Here you can sign up to volunteer, find out about our online campaigns, and find resources to help you run an event.
Helena from Sussex tells us why she got more involved in Labour.
'When I joined the Labour Party it was great to have so many supportive women around me. The informal network of women in the party really helped me to get involved, and I got elected as the women's officer for my CLP.
As part of Young Labour's women's campaign I ran a campaign for compulsory sex and relationships education in schools, as well as organising campaign days in key seats around the country. I'm so glad I took that first step of going along to a local event.'
